For the last few years, my career has been rooted in the corporate wellbeing space, and I feel incredibly fortunate to support others in such a meaningful way every day. Helping people feel healthier, calmer, and more connected to themselves is at the heart of everything I do.
Strength training has always been part of my life, but discovering Pilates was something special. It offered a way of moving that made me feel confident, strong, centred, and calm — a transformation that inspired me to guide others toward the same experience.
Alongside movement, I also offer private sound bath sessions, creating a deeply restorative space where soothing frequencies help quiet the mind, release tension, and support emotional balance. Bringing together mindful movement and therapeutic sound allows me to support wellbeing in a holistic, nurturing way.
As an instructor and practitioner, my goal is simple: to help people reconnect with their bodies, build strength from the inside out, and leave each session — whether Pilates or sound therapy — feeling confident, refreshed, and empowered.
